Thurs/Fri v2

Both DCF WODs

Thurs

5x3 Front Squat - 225#
Then
3x5 Barbell Step Ups (each side)
3x10 Good Mornings

For Time:
18-12-6
C2B
Power Cleans 135#

4:57 - went out too fast, should have broken up the C2B and cleans
more, started with 18 CTB unbroken and 8 or 9 touch and go cleans,
last couple cleans of each set were a struggle


Fri

3x5 Weighted Pullup 30-45-50#
Then
3 rounds
15 Ring Dips
15 Ring Rows

8 min AMRAP:
3 Thrusters 100#
3 C2B
6 Thrusters
6 C2B
9 Thrusters
9 C2B
etc.

118 reps (18 thrusters + 10 pullups) - Open WOD 12.5 was same rep
scheme with 7 min cap. Did 108 reps during the Open, so basically got
10 more pullups with the extra minute. I think I could get a few more
reps out but I'm going to chalk this one up to working out at 6am.
