liftin'

1x5 deadlift @ 375
3xME pullups (12-10-8)

kinda bitched out on the CFFB DWOD (lots of KB clean and push press), my shoulders are burnt from pressing yesterday.  Rowed some then hammered mobility for my adductor and some plank holds which I'm trying to add in on the reg now.  I feel like my trunk stability is often a weak point.
