Power Snatch 8x2 @ 130 lbs.
(failed on the fifth set)

DWOD
Complete:
Weighted Pull Up 5 RM...got up to 40 lbs.
then...
Complete 5 rounds:
3 snatch pulls
3 power snatches
3 snatch push press
*Start at 75% of 2RM Power Snatch and work your way up to the heaviest set possible.
*Rest 3 minutes between sets
I started at 95 lbs. and worked up by 5 lbs. each set to 115 lbs. 

In my linear progression here's where I'm at:
Squat 3x5 at 270
Press 3x5 at 122.5
Deadlift 5rm at 305
Power Clean 5x3 at 180
Bench Press 3x5 at 180
