hotel workout

did the following this morning in Pittsburgh:

2 mile run (7.5mph)

5 rounds of:
10 pushups
10 situps
10 squats

  1. nice. took today off, planning on throwing down pretty hard thurs and fri. ran a mile for time just for shits (7:07), feel like a fatass.
