tdy activities

5 rounds of rowing:
sprint 250m (~1300 cal/hr)
row 750m (~850 cal/hr)
took just over 19 min and i cruised till 20:00 for a cool down

3 rounds:
20 towel crunches
15 crunches each side

15 min stretching
30 min bball
30 min racquetball
10 min shit talking

nas pax river has an awesome gym, minus the horribly dim lighting on all the bball courts. can i post any shit on here or strictly wods?

  2. ACQ201B at DAU...it's super lame. Puts me to sleep and i have to drink coffee against my will to battle that.

    I saw someone use a towel folded up and put under your lumbar as a sub for those support pads. Nahmsayn??
