15 ft Rope Climb, 1 ascent
40 pound dumbbell Hang split snatch, 10 reps Left arm
15 ft Rope Climb, 1 ascent
Alternate feet in the split snatch sets.
Post time to comments and how you scale. I will scale by doing jumping towel pullups, 15 for one rope climb ascent. I have to see how heavy 40 pound dumbbell hang split snatches feel to me. Gonna try those as prescribed.

ReplyDeleteNotes: substituted 15 jumping towel pullups for each 15ft rope climb, won't be surprised if I have to eat my meals through a straw tomorrow because I can't lift my arms. Hero WODs are a good reminder that no matter how bad we have it, it likely won't ever be as bad as anything these guys come across in Iraq and Afghanistan.
