CFFB 101112

Not a good day, been working 16 hour days and missing meals the past couple of days. It shows:

3x5 bench @ 180 (fail: 5-4-3)
3x5 squat @ 300 (fail: 3-3-1)

Squat felt soooo heavy. Back at it tomorrow...gonna pound food.
