simple workout

4 sets of following
15 burpee (2 push ups)
10 v sits (training for this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gKtMa8wbccg)
10 snatch (low weight)

16 minutes.

Bureeps really slow me down, really takes like 30-45 seconds to recover from each set.
