yesterday was my first day back on the wagon after hurting my knee at rachel carson.
started off with a light run. went for about a half mile before my knee started acting up. then i switched to biking for about 15 minutes.
ended with the following wod.
5 rounds of:
10 pushups
10 situps
10 squats
the squats didn't seem to hurt my knee too much.
i am definitely out of shape, however.
