Weather.com said it felt like 118 outside when I left work. Didn't do anything crazy today:
Started with some dynamic stretching
Then deadlift work, one set at 95% 1RM, one set at 85% 1RM
Followed by some MWOD shoulder work:
Followed by 5x1 OHS: 135-155-165-175-180x
Followed by some cleans and clean/jerk at 135
