3x20 supine ring rows (subbed smith machine bar rows)
DWOD
AMRAP, 8 min:
5 power clean + push press @ 155 (scaled to 115)
5 ring dips (subbed bar dips)
4 rounds. Cranked through 3 rounds in the first 4 min, then fell into a lump on the floor and blinked and there was only a minute left so I did one more round. Blew my load so hard, so quick. I have brought shame upon my family.

CFFB 101112
Not a good day, been working 16 hour days and missing meals the past couple of days. It shows:
3x5 bench @ 180 (fail: 5-4-3)
3x5 squat @ 300 (fail: 3-3-1)
Squat felt soooo heavy. Back at it tomorrow...gonna pound food.

5:49. 45 lb KB. Didn't realize till after I was done that each snatch was supposed to be followed by a one-arm thruster. Failure. Not the end of the world, my posterior is still pretty toast from the squats yesterday and deads today.

today i went to the gym and failed for 2 hours.
failed at:
squats, bench press, maintaining painless elbows, the CFFB DWOD (on account of the bball court in use for volleyball, among other things), dips
I didn't really get mad/discouraged until Creed came on the overhead radio during my first working set on bench. That was the final straw. Fuck creed.

3x max rep strict pullups
As soon as finished deadlift I knew my elbow wasnt going to hold out. I got maybe 10 pullups in and at full extension it felt like something was gonna pop. :(
3x15 bar dips
why am i plagued with injury...

Skipped the box jumps because I'm a panzy and the gym's max height is like 28". Got the sprints though.

3x5 squat @ 230 (felt soooo heavy...real grinder)
3x5 press @ 115
worked out at lunch, elbow was killllllin me after squats, just from cranking my shoulder girdle into that tight pinned position. i think from power cleans on saturday, so weak sauce. video'ing my PCs next time so i can get some pointers, because i must be doing something horrible. had to wait on the presses till i got home from work.

bitched out of sprints because my arm was quivering uncontrollably. rowed 1500m and called it a day. a shitty one. so much ice in my future.

today was a clusterfuck of failures...i'll keep it short

went something like this: 1x3@240, 3x3@225
chalking this up to poor recovery, 3x5@235 earlier this week was fine. nutrition was spot on, sleep was satisfactory, i'ma look into getting on a vitamin regimen.

2x10 back extensions
...so weak...in my defense, the pullup bar i used had a wall in front of it, so i couldnt really kip (although i developed a sweet semi-sideways kip on the fly because im a natural athlete). I felt like death warmed over afterward, the supersetted situps and extensions tossed my stomach around too much. Also, this was a poor choice for first wod after 5 weeks of strength programming and no conditioning work.

f my hip
ss day 12. took a few extra days off after last week on account of my hip/shoulder killin me.
1x5 squat @ 205
3x5 shoulder press @ 105
3x5 power cleans @ 125
3x5 bench press @ 135 (last set @ 130)
3 sets of chinups to sorta near failure (10-6-4)
laid off the squats after 1 working set. i must be doing something incredibly wrong somehow, but i dont get it because my form is symmetrical and only my left hip ever hurts.
