Open WOD 15.3

14:00 AMRAP
7 Muscle Ups
50 Wall Balls
100 Double Unders

351 - 2 rounds + 30 wall balls

Was shooting for 4:00-5:00 rounds to get as close to finishing 3 complete rounds as possible, double unders were a joke today, I averaged 6.25 double unders per set in my second round. First round of double unders wasn't much better. I'm guessing I lost over 60 seconds wasting time on missed double under reps, maybe more. Not sure what happened because every time I've done double unders in a WOD in the last few years they've been a breeze. Will redo on Monday, if I can get my shit together I expect to break 400.
