Warmup: 1K Row

Squat: 205x3x5
Press: 115x3x5
DL: 135x5,185x5,225x2x3 (hamstring rehab)
Plank (center, left, right): 75s x 2
Declined Situps: 15x2
Dips: 10 (PR), 8, 6
Shrugs: 155x3x10
DB French Press: 65x3x10

Hamstring still not feeling too great.
Squats felt pretty solid.
The second 75s plank on my left side was really tough.
Happy with my dip PR.

  2. by rehab i just mean going easy on it with lighter weight. first day it was pulled i couldn't do 225 without lots of pain. felt better today.
