If anyone ever tells you they can't be strong without getting bulky, kick them in the face. And then show them this.


Warmup: 100 double unders, not feeling the DU's today.
Followed this with a kb swing/breathing exercise.

kb swings 35#
Take rest as needed between sets but only take as many breaths as reps performed in the previous set.

WOD:
All squats at 95#
50 squats
5 pushups
40 squats
10 pushups
30 squats
15 pushups
20 squats
20 pushups
10 squats
25 pushups

A coworker who does a lot of power lifting is thinking about getting into CF and found/did this WOD today. Not a big fan of it, no intention of ever repeating. I only did it because I was going to do a row/pushup AMRAP but didn't feel like waiting for the rower.

Baked this bread tonight. It's mfing amazing.
