WTF were you doing when you were 15?
WOD:
3 rounds, 1 min rest between rounds
6 min AMRAP
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
23 rounds + 7 squats
Notes: interesting that most people I talked to beat their previous Cindy PR, which is 20 min AMRAP 5 pull ups, 10 pushups, 15 squats. Beat my Cindy PR by ~2 rounds.
