Hamstring still not feeling too great.
Squats felt pretty solid.
The second 75s plank on my left side was really tough.

ReplyDeleteby rehab i just mean going easy on it with lighter weight. first day it was pulled i couldn't do 225 without lots of pain. felt better today.
