Weightlifting training sessions 1 & 2 + TM

I'm back on the texas method since I don't wanna do 3 days of oly + 4 days of 5/3/1.  It'll now be 3 days of oly + 1 volume day by myself + 1 intensity day that I do on an oly day.  I took out the easy day completely.

Volume day 1:
Squat 315x5, 320x5, 325x5, 330x5, 335x5.
Bench 195x5, 200x5, 205x5, 210x5, 215x5

So I bought both of the texas method programming books from 70sbig.com.  If you don't read that site, you should.  They have some legit good info.  The book suggests that you ramp up to 5x5, so I did just that.

For my intensity day, I plan to squat 365x5 and bench 235x5, which are definitely below my PRs.  I figure I'd start light and give myself some time to grow.

Oly day 1:

On the first day we just worked on snatching.  Coach man taught it as 3 positions: from the hang, at the knee, and from the floor.  My biggest problem is that i lack back/glute/hamstring flexibility so the from the floor position is super hard for me.  Also I tend to swing the weight forward instead of "pulling back" on it to keep the bar path relatively straight up.

We didn't use any meaningful weight.

Oly day 2:

Reinforced our previous snatch work, plus we did some snatch high pulls from the blocks.  Then we did some clean work.  Basically exactly the same 3 positions as before.  I'm apparently better at this one than the snatch.
