5 shoulder to overhead @ 185 (135 first two rounds, 115 thereafter)
10 pushups
15 GHD back extensions

4 rounds + 5 shoulder to overheads.  Push pressed them all.  I warmed up to 135 and was like, yeah, i can probably shoot for 5 rounds at that weight...nope.  Greedy greedy greedy...when will I learn.
