DIY Saturday Programming

Went in and leisurely lifted some shit:

3x5 bench @ 170 (PR)
3x5 pendlay row @ 155
4x5 incline DB press @ 55-55-55-60

Tried doing a bar muscle up on the smith machine and narrowly averted breaking my nose on the crossbeam above the bar.  Called it a day after that.
