not that ive done a whole lot of wods, but this one is one of my faves so far. simple but challenging.
my wrist is still sore from drunk punching brian on friday, so i stuck to mwod stuff at the gym today. did 2 abbreviated shoulder routines, dislocations, calves, and a little squatting. feels good, man.
