heart rate saturday

warmed up with some rowing skill work and mobility.

300m row + 12 burpees

200m run + 8 burpees

The burpees were my bottleneck. Great cardio workout.

  1. Holy shit you worked out on a Sat??! That's a lot of rowing. I rowed 2k yesterday too. It sucked.

  3. good work. i bought a new jump rope that turned out to be infinity times lighter than the one i learned double unders with at the gym. my timing is all f-ed now so i'm basically learning du's from scratch again. i think i got 5 in a row once. got some awesome bruises on my knuckles from somehow getting the rope caught on my hands.
