Did not have my head in the game, so i just worked up to a relatively heavy 5 rep set again (181#) instead of starting up the 3x5 LP.
Got 8-7 on the chins. When I get to 10-10 ill do the klein style 2x6-8 weighted chins LP that ive had good success with previously.
Bodyweight hovering around 150 still. Need to troubleshoot my new scale to get it to start measuring my gd body composition.
