DCF 4/14/15

Shoulders and arms are still beat up from this weekend, and hand is still ripped, but wanted to get something down yesterday. Made up the following:
 
6 rounds, not for time (~45-60:00)
 
~50m 365lb yoke carry (185lb yoke + 180lb weights)
20 box jumps, 24"
20 GHD sit ups
