i suck at posting now

I've been largely slacking off and haven't made it to the gym much the past week or two.  I got in last night though and didn't lose ground from the last place I was at with my LP:

3x5 squat @ 225
3x5 bench @ 140

some planks and other junk.  primary goal is to find the time to hit the gym consistently.  ricci out.
