3-6min
2 rounds of:
8 overhead squats
8 pull-ups 

6-9min
2 rounds of:
10 overhead squats
10 pull-ups

Continue in this way until you are unable to complete the two rounds in the 3 min interval.

I need to improve at pull-ups. Also ripped my hands pretty badly.
