Week 4, Day 1 - Heavy Lower Day

Squat 3x6 @ 300 lbs (+5 lbs)
Deadlift 2x6 @ 375 lbs (+10 lbs)

  2. All time prs are 335x5 on squat and 450x5 on deadlift. Ways to go but I'll be there soon. Training is going well.
