Week 1, Day 2 - Heavy Upper Day

Bench Press 3x6 @ 240 lbs
Dumbbell Row 3x6 @ 90s
Seated Dumbbell Press 1x6 @ 45s
V-handle Pulldown 1x6 @ 150 lbs
Rear Delt Fly 3x12 @ 20s
Lat Raises 3x12 @ 25s

240 felt tough because of the flu shot I got in my left shoulder earlier in the day.
