Forgot to post this yesterday.

Squat: 225x5x3 (hard to believe I did 300x5x3 about 6 months ago)
Press: 125x5x3
Power Clean: 145x3x2 (someone stole the bar when stepped away for a second)

2 rounds of:
60s plank (center, left, right)
15 declined sit-ups

Dips: 8,7,7
French Press: 50x5x5
