50sec plank center
50sec plank right
50sec plank left

Dips: 10,7,4



Squats were noticeably slower today.  Everything felt pretty heavy. Got to focus on recovery this week.

  1. People of Pain Train, am I writing my set/rep schemes in the accepted, standardized format? Is it WEIGHTxREPSxSETS or is it WEIGHTxSETSxREPS. Please confirm.

  2. So to be pedantic, there are the following rules:

    If you do "AxBxC", it's understood to be A = weight, B = reps, C = sets. This makes sense because you're saying you're lifting A for B reps, aka the AxB, and repeat that C times.

    If you do "A for BxC" then you're saying A = weight, B = sets, C = reps. Also I think basically only Rippetoe does this, and everyone whom he's influenced.
