Which way is the beach, ladies?

3x5 bench @ 175 (felt pretty easy)
1x5 @ 175 with slingshot
2xME @ 195 with slingshot (6-6)
3x8 one arm DB rows @ 75
buncha tricep cable pulldowns worked up to 3x5 @ 80 (god machines are so arbitrary and gay, is this really what i must do to get da bigga bench??  cloud says so)
3x6 shrugz @ 225

I feel da pamp.  Slingshot is awesome.  That is all.
