Lifted some weights yesterday, Outlaw style

then did 3x5 snatch first pulls, jumping good mornings, and split
stance strict press as supersets
Did a DCF WOD from a few weeks ago with a friend of mine who's
training for the NFL regional combine at DCF:
7 rounds of
1 min AMRAP
Clean and Jerk 135#
2:30 rest
87 reps (12.4 per round) - beat my friend by 2 reps, though he was
basically doing clean and press, cause he's a boss, and needs a little
fine tuning on the clean and jerk.
That new locations looks AWESOME. Looking forward to hitting that up several times when I'm in DC. Please reserve the entire S&C section for our shenanigans.
