Today was first day of CFFB's In-season/Off-season split, so there was no strength WOD. But F that, I had two PR's to get today:
3x5 squat @ 285 (PR; felt heavy)
3x5 bench @ 167.5 (PR; surprisingly easy)
Had to cut the gym trip short to get to a luncheon for a departing secretary. May do something at home tonight, but nothing is coming to mind right off the bat.
