Lift: Squat clean 1-1-1-1-1
I've never successfully completed even a 95 lb squat clean. Today, that's the weight I started at.

For shits and giggles, I threw on another twenty pounds to try for 185. Boom. Pr. I was pretty happy with that.
Conditioning: Tabata.
Pullups (fatbar)
Overhead lunges (45 lb.)
Completed 55 pullups and 52 lunges.
