weekend wods

Sunday conditioning:
Run down block (approx 400 meters)
21 snatch at 95 pounds
Run down block
15 snatch
Run down block
9 snatch

Time - 12:52  felt pretty good about this time. 

Saturday lift:
Deadlift 2-2-2-2
Warm up weights: 225-275-295-315
Wod weights: 325-325-325-325

Saturday conditioning:
AMRAP 8 minutes
10 thruster at 65 lb.
10 situps
10 burpees

4 rounds and 4 thrusters.  Again, felt really good.  Barely rested.  Was going for 3.5 rounds and ended with a little more than 4.
