what's up bois?

I've been super busy at work so haven't had time to post.  Also been busy getting acclimated in my new apartment.  The last two weeks or so I've been super drained mentally and physically from everything going on but I've still found time to do 4-5 wods a week, focusing on metcons.  I've also been cooking up a lot of great paleo food, and biking 2-4 miles each morning.

Sunday
AMRAP 30 minutes
Work 1 min. Rest 1 min.
5 clean and press at 105 lb.
5 burpees
15 rounds, 1 rep

then I cooked thai turkey lettuce wraps, and roasted a chicken a la nick massie.

Saturday
Moved in my friend to his apartment for 10 hours straight.  That counts as a wod.

Thursday
10 rounds
5 bent over row at 95 lb.
5 bar roll out
5 burpees
12:55

Wednesday
21-15-9-3
Thruster at 65 lb.
Knees to elbows 8:07

Tuesday
AMRAP 7 minutes
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 russian kb swings
5 rounds

Then- 10 sprints at the park.

Then-AMRAP 7 minutes
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 russian kb swings
4 rounds and 5 pullups
