Another self prescribed weight WOD - went with 135#, didn't do as hot on the couplet as I wanted to, did the first round unbroken, second round was 4-1 on the thrusters and 5-5 on the t2b, third round was unbroken on the thrusters and 5-5 on the t2b, last two thrusters were unbroken. Didn't do so hot on the double unders either, front squats were ok, I think I could have done maybe 1-2 more, didn't drop the bar, all the rest was in the rack.
