Getting quiet around here. Anyways, weekend in review:
Sat:
Last day of "test week"
Max strict ring dips: 31
Did a set kipping just for kicks and only got 15
Then:
3 rounds
480m run (around block)
Rest 3 mins
1:30, 1:38, 1:40
Then did an hour of yoga a few hours later
Sun:
Still healing up my hands from Cindy so threw together something with another dude that didn't require too much torquing of the hands
Wearing a ~20# vest
5 rounds:
500m row (1:50, 1:55, 1:58, 2:00+, 2:00+)
10 ring push ups
15 burpees
Then:
~150m sled drag 206#
23:51
Brutal wod, didn't help that it was hot as balls outside. I was ready to quit in the middle of the third round.
