3x5 squat @ 255 (fail: 5-5-4; bumped the safety bar on that last rep and stalled, got so pissed, had that shit.  gonna pretend like i got it)

Skipped the DWOD for no good reason.  In a BS training all this week and my workout/cooking/evening schedule is all fucked up.
