3 Barbell Thrusters - 135 lbs
3 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
6 Barbell Thrusters - 135 lbs
6 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
9 Barbell Thrusters - 135 lbs
9 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
12 Barbell Thrusters - 135 lbs
12 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
15 Barbell Thrusters - 135 lbs
15 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
18 Barbell Thrusters - 135 lbs
18 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
21 Barbell Thrusters - 135 lbs
21 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
24 Barbell Thrusters - 135 lbs
24 Chest to Bar Pull Ups...
This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 21, go on to 24. If you complete 24, go on to 27, ect...

Completed the round of 12 in ~9 min. Fun. Sort of like a quick, endless Fran. Oh yea, scaled to 95 lbs and did strict pullups though I think kipping would have sufficed. I should do fran again sometime soon. Had no problem doing the set of 9 unbroken, I might be able to get a decent time these days.

Got an invite to fitocracy, might log my workouts on there too just to see if its any fun. I love things where I can level up...though that only panned out for about 6 weeks with codeyear.
