tracking progress

This marks 4 weeks of consistent crossfit, and 8 weeks of consistent rock climbing. I've had trouble staying consistent for more than 2 months in the past, and I'm committed to breaching that threshold in the coming month.

I've found that tracking my progress on google calendar is a nice visual way of seeing how I've done. Here's the "Fitness" portion of my calendar for the last 4 weeks:

  1. That's a good idea. Do you track numbers though? Like PRs and such?

  2. i'm still in the process of organizing that. i have a document which has date + description of workout. soon i'll organize benchmark workouts and lifts to keep track of PRs. for now, my focus is consistency.

  3. I have everything in a google doc. Tried making a new caleandar in google calendar but my internet explorer almost had a hernia so I gave up.

    The last month (since Feb 26, 29 days I think) I've been in the gym 21 times doing CF, Oly lifting, Wendler 5-3-1, or a combination.
