forgot chucks so I skipped the dwod (plyo/sprints) and threw in some rando extra shit.
3x5 squat @ 225 (felt like nothing, makes me feel better after last squat workout failure)
3x5 press @ 115 (fail...PP'd a bunch)
3x max reps wide grip pullups: 11-8-5
warmed up and cooled down with DUs
