Half azed tues

warmed up with 5 rounds:

5 burpees
10 box jumps 20"
15 squats

mainsite WOD from last week, aggressively scaled:
5 rounds, 95# across the board (scaled from 135#)
9 snatch grip deadlift
6 hang power snatch
3 OHS

also did 3x3 bench today, felt a lot more powerful after watching a CFJ video about proper technique, namely pinching the shoulderblades together and getting the shoulders externally rotated.
