I'm so bad at running. The 20 year old beast at DCF smoked me by like 5 or 6 minutes. Couple women from other boxes around DC/MD/VA also destroyed me. I didn't die so I'm happy.

  1. The fact that you can do these workouts without dying is beastly, you keep doing them and your fitness will adapt quickly I'm sure.
