Not sure how high the box was, used all the little box risers they had, roughly waist height. Stopped at 4 rounds because the manager wanted me to prove to him on the internets that fivefingers are actually exercise shoes, which took like 30 min.

Max Rep Strict Chin Ups - 2 sec hold at the top of each rep
Used 55 lb DB and did strict pullups by accident (7-4-2.5ish). Did not foresee this being an issue, then I realized it was an exercise in grip endurance. Took 10 min of rest before I could take the DB back to the weight room...some douche was passive-aggressively pissed I ran off with it for so long...I think he was waiting to do some curls, haha.
wahhh....pain in my crooked ass pointer toes...perhaps 5fingas are not the minimalist for me.
