10 dumbbell ground-to-overheads (30 lbs)
5 handstand push-ups (scaled with box)
15 jumping towel pull ups (Rx was 3 rope climbs)

notes: never did towel pull ups before. by the end, my forearms felt like they were going to explode.
intermediate rock climbing starts tomorrow. pretty excited.
