split 2 finger creases open and have a blister on every knuckle pad...so i threw in the towel. resting tomorrow then more strength stuff on thurs/fri
my new favorite mini-strongman: Benji Ehlers, just opened an affiliate in the pacific NW. Just crushes shit at 5'5" 175#. Like a strength-oriented spealler.
