meh wednesday

did some back squat technique to warm up, then:

5 rounds for time of:
5 back squats (115lbs)
10 hand-release pushups

time: 5:45

wasn't thrilled with this workout. didn't really get my heart rate up. should have done more weight or something. i wish there had been a 500m row or a 400m run in there.

  1. Probably could have thrown atleast 135# up there. I agree, a third movement sounds like it would have rounded it out a little better. or maybe more intense squat work beforehand like finding 1RM.

    This is an interesting article about how cyclists are decieved into improving their performance by racing against projections of themselves riding at their max capacities when in fact the projections are outputting a few percent more power than the riders are aware of.
