meh...decent for not having a solid plan walking into the gym

made this one up, sons:

dont know my time, realized when i finished that only the second hand on my chrono was moving...that pissed me off like no other...rough estimate of ~15 min

25 double unders...PR'd 4 consecutive! <----weak sawse

straight bar curls, 8-6-4-2 @ 50-60-70-80#
20-15-10-5 ghd situps supersetted with:
10-10-10-5 ghd back extensions
