Weak sauce

Made ashitty attempt at fran. Scaled thrusters to 70, should have done 60 because I struggled with them and the pull ups w weren't so bad. i switched from fixed weight straight bar to dumbbells halfway in because my wrists hurt. Do you guys keep a group on the bar at the bottom of the squat or do you go to like a front squat shelf for the bar? Time was something around 12 min.

  1. i keep most of my grip on the bar the whole time w/ lighter weight thrusters. i have my elbows pointing down rather than racking the weight on my shoulders. i think it's easier to transition from the front squat straight in to the over head press this way rather than having the weight racked on your shoulders then gripping it, especially when you're doing high reps with something like fran.
