2011 CrossFit Games Regional Workout 6
For time:
Row 20 calories
30 Burpees
45 pound Two-arm dumbbell ground to overhead, 40 reps
50 Toes to bar
100 foot Walking lunge with 45 lb plate held overhead
150 foot Spring

  1. 25 minutes 30 seconds as prescribed.

    Was not expecting the G2OH to be the hardest thing, but I took a lot of time on these. Twas a heavy weight. Toes to bar were also time consuming. Was pretty surprised how light the 45 lbs felt overhead once I got to lunges, considering I've had trouble with this movement in the past.
